John Farabaugh

Dr. John Farabaugh is a Johnstown native and resides with his wife Jamie and three children.

After graduating from Greater Johnstown High School, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Francis University in 2004.  Thanks to the encouragement of a local chiropractor, he then pursued and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO.  While in St. Louis, he earned a Master’s degree in Sport Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University.

Dr. Farabaugh’s post-doctoral work has earned Diplomate status in Chiropractic Neurology, Fellowship status in Functional Neurology, and Fellowship status in Electrodiagnostics.  He is also a consultant for the Greater Johnstown High School Athletic and Sports Medicine Departments focusing on injury prevention and sports medicine triage.

Clinic Summary:


The care available at our practice is based on chiropractic functional neurology, a discipline that builds on basic neuroscience using specific non-invasive biomechanical and other interventions to help improve neurological functions. These interventions can include visual, physical, orthopedic, auditory, and neurologic stimulation, as well as chiropractic adjustments and nutritional and dietary recommendations. All of which are aimed to enhance and promote optimal neurologic and physical function for each individual patient.
