Fellowship Diplomas:

All candidates passing the College examinations will receive Diplomas from the College certifying their status as a FELLOW OF THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF FUNCTIONAL NEUROLOGY.

Diplomas will indicate an individual Fellow number.

Certificate Diplomas:

All candidates passing the College examinations will receive Diplomas from the College certifying that they have obtained certification in the specialty.

Diplomas will indicate an individual certification number.
