The Hartman Center for Functional Neurology is a chiropractic neurology practice in Midland Park, New Jersey, treating children and adults. We see POTS, dysautonomia and orthostatic cerebral hypoperfusion, concussion and acquired brain injury, vertigo, dizziness and vestibular dysfunction, migraine and brain fog. We also treat chronic pain, movement disorders and complex musculoskeletal conditions. All testing happens on site and includes videonystagmography on a Neuro Otologic Test Center (NOTC) Pro rotary chair, computerized posturography, and VitalScan tilt-table testing with transcranial Doppler. Treatment is noninvasive and delivered under one roof: chiropractic care, vestibular and balance rehabilitation, cognitive brain training, and brain-based nutrition built from the same test findings and provided by our in-house registered dietitian.
